Apple has released the latest version of OS X, Snow Leopard. The BBC have a Snow Leopard video review of some of the new features. There are some concerns over security features that have not made it into Snow Leopard but have made it into Windows 7. The Register has a piece explaining the Snow Leopard security details that mainly focus on loading parts of the OS into the same memory locations on boot up. There is also a list of applications that have stopped working between the previous version of OS X, Leopard and Snow Leopard.
